How long does delivery take?

Delivery time frames depend on the supplier of the product, type of product and public holidays.

Typically most of our items will be delivered within a 10 day timeframe.

Will all my products arrive together?

As we use various suppliers across our range your products may arrive separately. If you have any concerns please contact us.

What happens if I do not receive my products?

If after 6 weeks you have not received your product please reach out to us and we will look at providing a refund or place another order.

Is tracking available?

Tracking is available on most of our products. You will be provided a tracking number via email.

You can then use this tracking number on our 'Track My Order' page.

What if my product is faulty?

If you have received a faulty product please contact us at 'support@littlebubsandco.com so that we can work together on a solution.

Can I change my order?

Yes you can change your order. If you would like to change your order please contact us via Messenger for faster response time.

Please note though once the item is shipped - usually within 1-3 days - we will be unable to change your order.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is calculated based on size of the product and delivery location. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

What is the returns policy?

You are able to pay via Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal and AfterPay.

How do I apply a discount code?

You can apply the discount code at checkout. Before you pay there will be a section to enter a discount code.
